I think our coaching is poor, that is exactly what this says...
Oh, and did I forget that we underachieve?
I hope our coaching WAS poor
Gasp!
10 1st rd picks and 0 trips to the national championship game...
what a shame!
They have called me a Disney Dawg before, I can't over look this...
This is very telling of how bad we have been...
At least we have 2 SEC Championship rings, while UT has none (this decade)
Alabama 3?
that is notable... just above vanderbilt. Maybe this statistic isn't as reliable an indicator of talent as we may think on first glance. Since Saban won the NC in with his predecessor's senior class... I doubt they were short on talent all along
it tells me LSU and UF were lucky to have other 1 and 2 loss teams around the country at the end of the regular season, otherwise they would also only have SEC championships, and no national championship. Ignoring that fact is admitting you're a moron. As for the last two years; yeah, freakin' terrible. So glad Martinez is gone.
Luck is luck...can't deny they still did it and have the crystal ball!
To me it just shows that we had the talent and let it go...
"We were who we thought we were" and no team in the SEC let us off the hook!!
Most of Alabama's elite talent has only come in the last 2 classes (not including 2010).
In 2002, Bama had the 9th best recruiting class out of the 12 SEC schools.
In 2003 they were 10th in the SEC in recruiting.
2004 they were #5
2005 they were #5 again
2006 - #5
2007 - #7
2008 - #1
2009 - #1
